1956 Ford Consul
Brian and Owen have been busy this week perfecting the existing bright work for our 1956 Ford Consul ready for the rebuild to commence. Whilst the bright work has been worked on Chris has been busy next door in the paint shop painting to body shell.
Santa’s been and delivered our assortment of classic tyres ready to be fitted on our fantastic selection of classic vehicles. Santa of course being Graeme from We Fit Any Tyres AnyWhere and the fantastic selection being: 1955 Austin Healey 100M, 1956 Ford Consul, 1959 Morris J, 1970 Mercedes 280SL Pagoda.
The body work repair is now complete on our 1956 Ford Consul. The corroded areas have been cut out and replaced with new metalwork. In our workshops today we have our 1956 Ford Consul. The floor requires attention with some welding work needing to be carried out. We will then look to prepare the body and undertake a full re-spray. Work will commence very soon…
