1937 International Harvester C1
On sale today was a very interesting little 1 tonne flat bed truck.
Lots of money has been spent on this little gem and you will probably never see another one, especially in right hand drive.
It came to us as a part of a bereavement disposal. It wasn’t running and the brakes were needing work.
We have now recommissioned it and it is on the button and runs very sweet.
The brakes have been fully overhauled and its ready to go.
Our MOT tester has carried out a full dummy MOT and it passed, so nothing to worry about there.
Please note: it doesn’t need an MOT.
The chassis, engine, interior and flat bed are all excellent.
Depending what you would want to do next, then a repaint of the totally rust free cab would make it into a show truck.
We love it as it is, in its oily rag state, with 100% mechanics and brakes.
There is quite a bit of history with the truck and some lovely photos of it in a previous life, when it was red and cream.
The V5 is present.
