The following measures were taken to investigate the noise:
We’ve begun work on this beautifully presented Austin Healey 3000. differential fluid was leaking due to a faulty seal. Pete has removed the prop shaft before removing the faulty seal. He then installed a new seal, put the pinion shaft back in and torqued it to the correct settings. He then replaced the prop and filled the differential back up with oil. This lovely vehicle is now back to tip-top shape and is ready for the road again.
In with us at Bridge Classic Cars is this striking Blue Metallic 1967 Austin-Healey 3000. In our care this car will be treated to a new diff oil seal.
